Water and Trash Invoice Delay

Due to a system error, the mailing of your Water and Trash invoice, which was originally scheduled for October 1st, was regrettably delayed and invoices are now being re-sent this week. As a result of this mailing delay, payment terms for these services have been extended and will not be considered past due until after November 15th, for this billing cycle.
