EDCO offers Bulky Item Pickup free* of charge for condominiums and townhomes for large items generated within your home (*limited to two items, once a year). To schedule a bulky item pick-up, please contact us. On your appointed bulky-item collection day (generally the same day as your regular cart collection day), set out your item at the curb or the end of your driveway by 6:00 a.m., and a separate bulky-item collection truck will pick it up.
This service is also available to apartment residents but for a nominal fee.
A residential curbside bulky-item cleanup event occurs every spring, which includes condominiums and townhomes only. Check the Events tab for dates.
